Mentor Media Limited (www.mentormedia.com.sg) provides supply chain management services to the world's largest original equipment manufacturers. The company is headquartered in Singapore and has manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, Taiwan, Korea, India and the Czech Republic.

Mentor Media (USA) Inc. was established by Gordon Global in October 2001. The company's United States subsidiary was incorporated in Delaware and Mentor Media (USA) maintained a small customer fulfillment office in Round Rock, Texas from 2001 through 2008.

In the spring of that year, Mentor Media's largest software customer requested that the company relocate its United States operations to Southern California and open a 30,000 sq. ft. production facility in order to service its Americas OEM distribution channels.

Gordon Global worked with California real estate brokers to identify adequate warehouse, production and office space in Ontario, California (40 miles west of Los Angeles). It also worked with Singapore management to recruit a dozen employees to serve in a variety of capacities including operations, program management, customer service, purchasing, finance and human resources.

In 2010, Mentor Media (USA) has grown to a full time, 20+ person staff and a production staff of over 40. Gordon Global's accounting and financial services staff provides Mentor Media (USA)'s finance manager with daily accounting, financial and business administrative support services which includes bill payment, management of the company's U.S. bank account and preparation of all monthly and annual financial statements and tax returns. Scott R. Gordon serves as the company's United States legal counsel, drafting and reviewing all personnel, customer, distribution and supply agreements and also serves as the company's liaison for all outside legal matters.
